Does my membership expire?

Your membership with us is free and does not have an expiry date.

How do I check my points balance?

You can click here to log into your account to see your points balance and redeem your rewards.

How do I update my birthday?

Click here to log into your account. Click on View profile and Add your birthday.

How long is my rewards tier valid for?

You will remain in your tier for 12 months. If you hit total spending of $400 or $1,200, you will be upgraded to the Silver or Gold tier respectively. Upon upgrading, your tier is valid for another 12 months. After 12 months of inactivity (no earning or spending of points), you will be downgraded by 1 tier.

What can I use my LPS Rewards vouchers on?

Vouchers can only be used on regular-priced Le Petit Society items, excluding sale items, patches, paper bags, gift boxes.

Can I join when making a purchase in-store?

Yes you can! Just provide your email address to our friendly shop staff and they will help you to create an account.

What is Platinum?

Platinum is our invitation-only tier for long-standing LPS families. Platinum members enjoy 10% off for as long as LPS Rewards runs, on top of earning points. There’s no application. We’ll reach out personally if you’re invited.
